Founded in January 2023, Family Heating & Cooling was born from a simple but powerful belief: that taking care of your neighbors is more than a job, it’s calling. With over 21 years of combined experience in the heating and cooling industry, our founders came together to create a company that values people just as much as performance.

We proudly serve Discovery Bay, CA and surrounding areas in Contra Costa County, offering residential and commercial HVAC services grounded in expertise, transparency, and the golden rule—treat others as you want to be treated.

Before launching Family Heating & Cooling, our founders spent over two decades combining various roles throughout the HVAC industry—installers, service techs, project managers, and client liaisons. Over the years, they witnessed what worked (and what didn’t) when it came to customer care and technical excellence.

In early 2023, those years of learning came together in Discovery Bay with a bold vision: to offer something more meaningful than just heating and air service—to create an HVAC company where family values, faith-driven service, and professional integrity all converge.
